Our renovated holiday apartment in the heart of Sterzing features a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, an open living-dining area and a small storage room. The bedroom features a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a king-size double bed (1.80 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The living-dining area has a sofa bed (for two people), a dining table for up to six people and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, an electric cooker and a spacious kitchenette to unleash your culinary creativity. The living area also features historic bay windows. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, washing machine, bathtub with integrated shower cubicle and a flat-screen TV.

- the flat is located on the first floor and does NOT have a lift
- glasses, plates and cutlery are provided
- bedlinen and towels are provided
- final cleaning is included in the price
