General terms and conditions

Rates

The rates published on our website are intended as a guideline and are subject to modification. They do not include statutory local visitors’ tax.

Deposit

Your booking is finalised only upon receipt of a deposit, stipulated on the basis of the season and duration of stay. In the case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded upon receipt of written cancellation and subject to the terms of our cancellation conditions (see below). As an alternative to a deposit, you are welcome to provide us with your credit card details.

Payment

We accept payment in cash, by instant bank transfer, Maestro debit card, and by Visa, MasterCard or CartaSì credit card. You are also welcome to pay your bill in advance by bank transfer.

Visitors’ tax

Statutory tourist tax is charged at 3.50 euro per person per day for guests of 14 years old and over. This tax is not included in your accommodation costs, and is payable on-site.

Children’s rates

(in additional bed only)

  • Up to 1 year old: 10.00 € per day
  • From 1 to 3 years old: 20.00 € per day (accommodation only) / 25 € per day (half board)
  • From 6 to 10 years old: 70% discount
  • From 10 to 15 years old: 40% discount
  • 15 years old and above: 30% discount

Cancellation conditions

The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal. We do, however, offer the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellations (or modifications) received in writing up to 28 days before scheduled date of arrival: no charge and return of deposit (if paid).
  • Cancellations (or modifications) received in writing up to 14 days before scheduled date of arrival: 50% of your total booking fee is charged.
  • Cancellations (or modifications) received in writing less than 14 days before scheduled date of arrival or non-arrivals (no shows): 100% of your total booking fee is charged.
  • Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Protection Code)

Cancellation conditions are subject to modification based on the dates of your stay.

In order to protect yourself from financial losses resulting from cancellations, we recommend taking out a travel insurance policy at the time of booking.

General information

Check in

Rooms are available for occupancy from 12.30pm onwards on your day of arrival. Guests can check in until 9.30pm. As our hotel is located within the pedestrian area, rather than entering our actual address into your sat-nav we recommend using the address Via Frundsberg 12, immediately after which, on the right-hand side, you will come to the entrance to our underground garage and access to our outdoor car park.

Please vacate your room by 10.30am on your day of departure.

Pets are welcome.

To cover final cleaning costs, we charge 10 euros per day for each pet up to a maximum of 50 euro. If you would like your pet to join you for breakfast or dinner, we will provide you with a table at the hotel bar. Pets are not permitted access to the Belmira Spa.

Meal times

  • Breakfast: from 7.30 to 10.00am
  • Lunch: from 11.30am to 1.45pm, à la carte meals at Restaurant 1280 | from 1.45 to 6pm, light meals and snacks are served in the bistro
  • Dinner: dfrom 6.30 to 8pm

Groups

We offer discounted rates for large groups (min. 20 people). Please get in touch with us for a personalised quote.

Open sesame

The keys to the rooms and suites also open the two entrance doors to the hotel (east and west entrances), which are locked from 11pm onwards. They also provide access to the underground car park, the ski room and the bike room.

  • Active Card Vipiteno.The card entitles you to: free travel on public transport, entry to museums, discounts, and participation in our weekly activities programme.
  • Free access to the entire wellness area from 12 to 8pm.
  • Bathrobes and natural-ingredient body care products in all bedrooms.
  • Parking space in the courtyard (subject to availability); the number of parking spaces is limited, and spaces cannot be booked in advance.
  • In winter, weekly guided hike, snowshoe exclusion or sledging trip. In summer, weekly guided hike with our qualified hiking guide.
  • Free lockable ski store with ski lockers and boot driers.
  • Free sledge-rental voucher redeemable at the valley station of the Monte Cavallo cable car.
  • 10% discount on ski-equipment rental from the valley station of the Monte Cavallo cable car.
  • New lockable bike store: Floor-level and mounting-rack storage spaces for your bikes, lockers for equipment, cleaning and drying equipment (surcharge applies), workshop corner and e-bike charging facilities.
  • Free Wi-Fi

Bookable services (surcharge applies)

Underground garage: parking spots in our underground garage can be booked in advance. We apply a surcharge of 10 euro per day per parking space, up to a maximum of 50 euro.

Charging station for electric cars: € 0.80/kWh

Private Jacuzzi: : you are welcome to book our open-air hot tub for a romantic evening (from 8 to 11pm). The cost (45 euro) includes a bottle of prosecco.
